Service Description

Mini Bakers Academy is a fun and engaging baking programme for primary-aged children aged 5–11 years who love getting creative in the kitchen. Running across the first four weeks of the summer holidays, each academy day is packed with hands-on baking challenges, children can attend individual sessions or join us for the full academy experience. During each session, young bakers will create and decorate their own themed baking project from scratch whilst learning a range of practical cooking and baking skills. They will develop techniques including weighing and measuring, mixing, kneading, shaping, baking, decorating and presentation, all within a safe, supportive and age-appropriate environment. A healthy light lunch and snacks is included each day. Every participant will leave with their completed baking project, a recipe card and a certificate celebrating the skills they have developed throughout the session. Sessions are available on Thursday 23rd and 30th July, 6th and 13th August 2026 at 10:00-12:00pm Please note this is a drop off session only.
